Purpose:
Analyze and document the requirements and functional specifications for Data & Analytics projects that leverage technical solutions on Business Intelligence, Reporting, Insights and Analytics, Data estate modernization, AI, Gen AI and Agentic AI interacting with business stakeholders and executive decision makers of client teams. Support clients in designing and implementing strategic Data, Reporting & AI initiatives to enable transformation of client organizations on their journey towards becoming insights driven digital enterprises.
Responsibilities:
Confidence to articulate and carry out business requirements discussion at CXO level(from Data, Reporting & AI business use cases perspective) in respective sub-functional areas within a domain and develop roadmap with actionable plans
Engage with client stakeholders and define project specific scope / requirements / user stories Actively engage with customers business / IT stake holders and business analysts / Subject Matter Experts to conduct workshops / interviews to define requirements
Bring in best practices in terms of requirement gathering methodology for Business Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence and Analytics specific technologies Build strong SME knowledge on domain and data analytics to bring Thought Leadership while responding to Request for proposal/information in the specific areas
Assists in preparing for and documenting workshops and interviews with the business users Articulate the assessments, key findings comparative BI tool capabilities / features and solution value proposition to vendors (re. technology partners) and customers Document the current business and IT process supporting information / data / insights / reporting / business intelligence needs of the customer organization
Work closely with the SMEs and Technical teams to help build the Functional Specification / User story Documents
Understand and apply best practices on data story telling / narratives / KPIs / Metrics / Self-service BI to deliver best in class Insights / Data Visualization / Reporting solution for clients
Assist in development of Sales Collateral, Point of view and request for information/proposal response in collaboration with bid win team
