🎯 About the Role
We're looking for a creative, customer-focused Instructional Designer to lead the development of product training for call center agents and live support experts. You'll turn complex tools and workflows into clear, relatable learning that enables better customer conversations.
The role centers on designing structured learning paths—often one course with multiple modules—based on an analysis of existing content and workflows. A background in designing full learning experiences (not just slide decks or single courses) is key. If you're strong in Articulate Storyline, and can pick up tools like Synthesia quickly, you'll thrive here.
đź› What You'll Do
Design learning paths for new products or processes, often as a single course with multiple modules
Build interactive, support-focused training content using Storyline, Synthesia, and 7Taps
Analyze content and collaborate with SMEs to determine learning needs and structure
Translate product features and service processes into engaging, digestible learning experiences
Write real-world scenarios and assessments, including AI-assisted scripts and storyboards
Improve and revise existing content to better support customer service performance
Manage multiple projects independently, meeting fast-paced delivery timelines
🔍 What We're Looking For
3–15+ years of instructional design experience (flexible on experience for the right candidate)
Advanced Articulate Storyline skills (triggers, layers, xAPI, basic JavaScript)
Familiarity with Synthesia preferred (but quick learners welcome)
Experience building modular learning paths—not just stand-alone courses
Strong writing and visual design skills for support-facing audiences
Comfort working in ambiguity and collaborating cross-functionally
💡 You'll Thrive in This Role If You…
Love crafting structured, thoughtful learning journeys
Can turn complex tools and concepts into customer-ready training
Enjoy designing courses that are practical, modular, and scalable
Have created short, scenario-driven content for call center agents
Can jump into new tools quickly and deliver with minimal direction
