Regional Practice Lead – Data & Technology

Capco is looking for a Regional Practice Lead – Data & Technology to join our team in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for leading Capco's Data & Technology practice in the U.S. Southwest region. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business and technology needs, and then build and lead teams to deliver innovative data and technology solutions that drive business value. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and executing a regional strategy for the Data & Technology practice, including identifying growth opportunities, building a high-performing team, and driving revenue and profitability • Managing and growing a team of data and technology consultants, including recruiting, training, and performance management • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, and serving as a trusted advisor to help clients solve their most complex data and technology challenges • Driving the development and delivery of innovative data and technology solutions, leveraging Capco's global expertise and capabilities • Representing Capco externally, including participating in industry events, thought leadership, and business development activities. Qualifications: • 10+ years of experience in a consulting, technology, or data/analytics leadership role • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams • Deep expertise in data and technology domains, including data architecture, data engineering, data science, and cloud technologies • Strong client management and business development skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new growth opportunities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, business); advanced degree preferred.
