QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Certification
- Master’s Degree in Educational Administration from an accredited university.
- Valid Texas Principal Certificate or other appropriate administrative licensure.
- Current certification as a T-TESS Appraiser.
- Completion of ILD (Instructional Leadership Development) or AEL/ALD (Advancing Educational Leadership) certification.
Special Knowledge and Skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of curriculum design, instructional best practices, and assessment strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate instructional programs and drive teaching effectiveness.
- Proficiency in budget management, resource allocation, and personnel supervision.
- Strong capacity to interpret and implement district policies, procedures, and data analysis.
- Ability to coordinate and oversee daily campus functions and operations.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and public relations skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff, students, and the community.
Experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of successful classroom teaching experience.
- Proven experience in instructional leadership roles
