Role Overview
We are seeking a highly creative Canva Specialist Intern with a strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Facebook. This role is ideal for individuals who can demonstrate their ability to create engaging digital content using Canva and understand what drives audience attention and interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and publish engaging Instagram Reels, posts, and stories using Canva
- Design visually appealing creatives, carousels, and social media assets
- Conceptualize and execute creative content ideas, including hooks, trends, and storytelling formats
- Support the development of brand voice and visual identity through design
- Stay updated with emerging trends, formats, and platform updates
- Collaborate on content planning and campaign execution
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Canva (portfolio required)
- Demonstrated experience in designing high-quality social media content
- Strong creative thinking with a design-first and content-first mindset
- Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus
- Ability to create content optimized for engagement, reach, and virality
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)
- Experience with UGC (User-Generated Content) formats
- Understanding of viral content frameworks and audience behavior
- Basic exposure to Meta Ads or content boosting strategies
Working Hours: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM IST
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Stipend: INR 5,000 - 10,000 (Based on experience & portfolio)
