Industry: NBFC / Small Finance Banks / Housing Finance / Gold Loan.
Job Location: Bangalore, Karnataka.
Requirements:
a) Must have minimum 6 years experience handling Accounts & Finance.
b) Work exposure for NBFC, Small Finance Banks, Gold Loan, Housing Finance organisations preferred.
c)Qualification should be Chartered Accountancy (FCA/ACA).
Job Profile:
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure financial stability and growth.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (RBI, SEBI, and other statutory bodies) for Housing Finance Companies (HFCs) and NBFCs.
Manage financial reporting, accounting processes, and statutory audits as per IND-AS and IFRS standards.
Handle taxation matters, including direct and indirect taxes, GST, and corporate tax planning.
Develop and implement financial policies, risk management strategies, and internal controls.
Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics and provide insights for decision-making.
Collaborate with senior management on capital allocation, fund management, and investment strategies.
Ensure timely preparation and submission of financial statements, MIS reports, and board presentations.
Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities for effective financial operations.
