What would you do? Identify and source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and talent databases Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements Conduct initial outreach and engage candidates to assess interest and fit Use platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases for sourcing Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) Track sourcing metrics such as pipeline strength, conversion rates, and time-to-fill Stay updated on industry trends and talent market insights
What are we looking for?
- We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Recruiting Sourcer who can identify and engage high-quality talent across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is skilled in building strong talent pipelines, understands market trends, and partners effectively with recruiters and hiring managers to meet hiring goals. Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques Talent sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed) Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Market research and talent mapping Candidate engagement and outreach strategies MS Excel / Google Sheets for tracking and reporting Roles and Responsibilities:
- In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems
- Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors
- In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management
- You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments
- The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others
- You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work
- Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
