What you bring
• Source candidates using job portals, social media, and internal databases
• Manage recruitment for IT roles across various technologies and domains
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities
• Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate technical assessments
• Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment dashboards
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process
What we are looking for
• 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment (domestic hiring)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on experience with Boolean and X-ray search techniques
• Familiarity with IT roles such as Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data Science, etc.
• Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment CRMs is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet tight deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
