Responsibilities: • Greet, assist and thank customers in a friendly manner, over the phone and in person. • Recommend related products to customers so they leave with everything they need. • Ensure that retail tasks are executed efficiently (e.g., stocking, labels, facing, clean area etc.). • Perform hole checks to ensure inventory accuracy. • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
