✔ Experience working with Canadian clients and understanding of the Canada IT hiring landscape
✔ Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to closure)
✔ Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
✔ A results-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced staffing environment
✔ Comfort with modern sourcing strategies and AI-powered recruitment tools
💡 Bonus: Knowledge of Canadian immigration processes such as TN Visa, LMIA, and Work Permits is a strong advantage.
