Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Canada Recruiter to manage the full recruitment life cycle for IT requirements in the Canada market. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Canada staffing processes, visa classifications, and hands-on experience sourcing candidates through various job portals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the end-to-end Canada recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Validate Canadian work authorization and status, including Canadian Citizens, Permanent Residents (PR), Open/Closed Work Permits
- Source and screen IT professionals using job portals such as Dice, Monster and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Coordinate with account managers, sales teams, and candidates to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and candidate records.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1 - 5 years of proven experience in Canada IT Staffing / Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the Canada recruitment life cycle.
- In-depth knowledge of US visa classifications - Canadian Citizens, Permanent Residents (PR), Open/Closed Work Permits
- Hands-on experience with job portals: Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work Canada business hours (Night Shift).
