Role Description The Camunda Architect is a full-time, hybrid role based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for designing and implementing Camunda-based workflow and process automation solutions that align with client business objectives and technical environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining architecture patterns, modeling business processes, guiding development teams on best practices, and ensuring robust integration with enterprise systems and data platforms. The Camunda Architect collaborates closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into scalable designs, and oversee solution delivery from concept through deployment and optimization. The role also includes mentoring team members, conducting technical reviews, and contributing to continuous improvement of Alluvify’s automation frameworks and standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Architecture and Architectural Design skills for enterprise-grade workflow and automation solutions.
- Hands-on Software Development experience, preferably with Java or similar languages, in building Camunda or BPM solutions.
- Proficiency in Integration of Camunda with APIs, microservices, databases, and messaging platforms.
- Demonstrated Project Management capabilities, including planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Solid understanding of BPMN, DMN, and workflow orchestration concepts.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Ability to work effectively in hybrid teams, communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences, and mentor colleagues.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience as a Camunda Architect or Lead Engineer on automation projects is highly beneficial.
