Hiring: Camunda Principal Administrator (Platform Owner)
We are hiring for a senior-level Camunda Principal Administrator to lead and own an enterprise-grade workflow automation platform for a global organization.
Role Overview:
This is a high-impact, individual contributor role where you will take end-to-end ownership of the Camunda platform—from installation and setup to monitoring, scaling, and production support. You will act as the SME and go-to person for all platform-level activities, supporting development teams and ensuring smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Camunda 8 platform (Zeebe, Operate, Tasklist, Optimize) across environments
- Handle installation, setup, and cluster management (AWS/Kubernetes)
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability
- Support workflow deployments and integration with microservices (Spring Boot/APIs)
- Drive platform stability, security, and CI/CD enablement
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Ideal Candidate:
- 10–15 years of experience with strong Java + Camunda background
- Hands-on experience in Camunda platform setup/administration (not just development)
- Strong exposure to AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and monitoring tools
- Experience working as a platform owner / DevOps / architect-level role
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
