About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Camunda Lead to design, develop, and implement scalable workflow and process automation solutions using Camunda.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design end-to-end Camunda workflow architecture and BPMN 2.0 workflows with DMN decision models.
• Architect enterprise integrations with microservices, REST APIs, messaging platforms and event-driven architecture.
• Work with Camunda 7/8, Zeebe, Job Workers, Connectors and Operate.
• Define error handling, retries, incident management and process monitoring.
• Ensure scalability, availability, performance and security.
• Provide technical leadership, review architecture and troubleshoot complex production issues.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders on solution planning and modernization.
Required Technical Skills:
• Camunda 7/8, BPMN 2.0, DMN and Zeebe.
• Java, Spring Boot, microservices and workflow integrations.
• REST APIs, JSON, HTTP, Kafka and event-driven architecture.
• PostgreSQL, Oracle or similar databases.
• Distributed systems, resiliency and performance optimization.
• Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure or GCP is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
• Camunda 7 to Camunda 8 migration.
• Enterprise-scale workflow implementations and Camunda Connectors.
• Process monitoring, incident handling and optimization.
• Agile/Scrum and strong stakeholder-management skills.
