Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled Camunda Developer with 3–6 years of experience in BPM workflow
development. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing
workflow solutions using the Camunda Platform. The role involves collaborating with cross-
functional teams to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
Design and develop BPMN workflows using Camunda Modeler.
Implement business processes using BPMN 2.0, DMN, and CMMN standards.
Integrate Camunda Platform with enterprise applications and microservices.
Develop REST APIs and backend services using Java / Spring Boot.
Build and maintain workflow automation solutions and reusable components.
Troubleshoot workflow execution issues and optimize performance.
Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into
technical solutions.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
Ensure adherence to best practices for workflow design and implementation.
Required Skills :
3–6 years of experience in Java development.
Strong experience with Camunda Platform.
Good knowledge of BPMN 2.0, DMN, and workflow orchestration concepts.
Experience with Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
Understanding of Docker / Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with Git-based version control systems.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with process automation and workflow orchestration.
Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS / Azure.
Certification in Camunda BPM is a plus.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Education :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
