We are seeking a skilled Camunda BPM Java Specialist with 7 to 10 years of experience in Java, MySQL, Git, and Camunda to design, develop, and maintain business process management solutions.

- Develop and implement business process workflows using the Camunda BPM platform
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Java code following industry best practices
- Manage version control and collaboration using Git
- Design and optimize MySQL database queries to support application requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
- Ensure seamless integration of Camunda workflows with other systems and services
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to enhance performance and reliability
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Java applications incorporating Camunda BPM workflows
- Maintain and enhance existing Camunda process models and Java services
- Manage the full software development lifecycle including planning, coding, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and project managers to align solutions with business goals
- Ensure compliance with coding standards, security policies, and best practices
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives
- Document technical designs, processes, and deliverables for knowledge sharing
