Role Description

The Campus Specialist will be responsible for engaging with college campuses, building relationships with students and faculties, and coordinating events and activities to promote Hike Education programs. The role involves representing the company’s educational offerings, conducting campus-based presentations, and gathering feedback from potential students. Additionally, the Campus Specialist will assist in identifying prospects, addressing inquiries, and supporting enrollment processes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills to effectively engage with students and faculty on campus.
• Proficiency in marketing, social media management, and event coordination to organize campaigns and campus events successfully.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage enrollment processes and maintain records.
• Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to address student inquiries and challenges effectively.
• A self-motivated, proactive work ethic with the ability to work independently in an on-site role.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent educational background; prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
