Job Title: Campus Sales & Partnerships Manager
Location: Jalandhar, Punjab (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite (Field Role – Punjab and Haryana)

Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, field-driven professional to lead campus expansion efforts and drive student enrollments.
In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with colleges, engaging with key decision-makers, conducting on-campus interactions, and converting opportunities into partnerships and enrollments.
This is a high-ownership role suited for someone who is comfortable being on the ground, meeting people, and delivering results.
Key Responsibilities
Visit colleges and institutes to introduce campus programs
Connect with HODs, placement heads, and college management
Present programs and close institutional partnerships
Conduct on-campus sessions and student interactions
Generate and manage student leads from college engagements
Drive student enrollments from partnered colleges
Maintain strong relationships with college stakeholders
Track outreach, partnerships, and conversion metrics
Maintain regular reporting and updates on activities and outcomes
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth program execution
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to connect with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
Sales mindset with focus on targets and outcomes
Comfortable with field work and travel across Punjab and Haryana
Familiarity with the education ecosystem and college operations
Good academic background or exposure to technical/education environments
Comfortable communicating in English in professional settings
Based in or willing to relocate to Jalandhar, Punjab

Experience
1–4 years of experience in sales, business development, admissions, or campus outreach
Experience in EdTech, education, or B2C/B2B sales is a plus
