To support our growth in the Indian market, we are seeking an experienced Campus Sales Director to lead sales strategy, agent recruitment, and campus-driven enrollment growth.
Role Overview
The Campus Sales Director – India will be responsible for owning student enrollment and revenue targets while building and managing a strong campus-focused sales and agent recruitment strategy. This leadership role requires deep expertise in education agent management, institutional partnerships, and team leadership, with a strong focus on execution and results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Ownership
Own and deliver student enrollment and revenue targets for the Indian market.
Define and execute campus-led, agent-driven, and direct sales strategies aligned with institutional objectives.
Drive lead conversion through education agents, counselors, campus partnerships, and institutional collaborations.
Monitor pipeline health and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
2. Agent Onboarding & Channel Management
Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage education agents across India.
Own the end-to-end agent onboarding lifecycle including due diligence, contracting, training, certification, and performance alignment.
Design and manage agent commission structures, incentive programs, and compliance frameworks.
Conduct regular agent training, reviews, and audits to ensure quality enrollments and ethical practices.
Build and sustain long-term, high-performing agent networks aligned with regulatory and institutional standards.
3. Campus & Market Development
Develop strategic partnerships with campuses, schools, colleges, and education networks to expand student pipelines.
Lead campus engagement initiatives including seminars, workshops, roadshows, and student outreach programs.
Represent ECA Global and partner universities at education fairs, campus events, and promotional forums.
Identify new regions, cities, and campus opportunities to drive enrollment growth across India.
4. Team Building & Leadership
Recruit, onboard, train, and lead the campus sales and admissions team.
Establish structured onboarding programs, KPIs, performance targets, and incentive plans.
Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to drive consistent, high-quality results.
5. Strategy, Reporting & Governance
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Admissions, and Academic teams to align campus recruitment initiatives.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, MIS reports, agent and campus performance dashboards.
Ensure adherence to university policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical recruitment standards.
Continuously improve sales processes, agent onboarding frameworks, and campus conversion strategies.

Proven expertise in campus sales, agent onboarding, and channel sales management.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder relationship management skills.
Deep understanding of Indian and international student recruitment ecosystems.
Data-driven, strategic, and execution-focused mindset.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
10–15+ years of experience in sales within international education, overseas education consulting, EdTech, or foreign universities.
Demonstrated success in building campus pipelines and managing education agent networks across India.
Proven track record of achieving aggressive enrollment and revenue targets.
Strong people leadership and team-building experience.
