Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a Campus Representative. As a Campus Representative, you will work to promote Xchieve on your campus by organizing events, building connections with students, and facilitating engagement with our programs. Your daily responsibilities will include planning and executing campus initiatives, creating awareness about Xchieve’s offerings, and gathering student insights to help shape our services. Additionally, you’ll actively engage in networking and promotional activities and may assist in recruiting students for various skill development programs.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with peers and represent Xchieve on campus
- Experience in event planning and coordination for engaging campus-wide initiatives
- Networking and relationship-building skills to foster partnerships and connections
- Presentation and public speaking skills to effectively communicate the value of Xchieve’s programs
- Sales aptitude to encourage sign-ups for Xchieve’s training programs and initiatives
- Proactive attitude and ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
- Passion for education, career development, and equipping peers with practical skills
