Looking to build and scale campus hiring for a leading Big 4 Consulting firm in Gurgaon.
If you’re passionate about shaping early careers and have experience managing end-to-end campus recruitment across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 institutions, this could be a great fit.

What you’ll own:
• Designing and executing the campus hiring strategy across diverse institutions
• Leading the campus lifecycle – from engagement to onboarding
• Driving impactful Pre-Placement Talks (PPTs) and employer branding initiatives
• Managing end-to-end interview and selection processes ensuring quality and scale
• Building strong relationships with campuses and internal stakeholders
• Ensuring seamless offer management and onboarding experience
What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience in campus hiring within consulting/professional services
• Strong stakeholder and team management skills
• Ability to work across varied campus tiers and hiring volumes
• Passion for building early talent pipelines
