As a Campus Recruiting Program Coordinator at Millennium, your main responsibility is to partner with campus recruiting team to ensure an outstanding recruiting experience for our students, hiring managers and university partners. You will maintain clear communication with recruiters, candidates, and career services, while coordinating all logistics for campus events and interviews, supporting offer and onboarding processes, and contributing to recruiting projects and initiatives. Principal Responsibilities
- Own the APAC campus events calendar and coordinate all on-campus and in-office events
- Partner with recruiters and business stakeholders to define objectives and success metrics for each event/program
- Manage end-to-end logistics, including travel and schedules for interviewers, room bookings, tech setup, and vendor/external partner coordination
- Oversee branding materials, and event promotion
- Communicate event details, reminders, and follow-ups to students
- Support interview-day execution and candidate flow, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and interviewers
- Help plan and execute intern program events and related campus engagement activities
- Support process documentation, continuous improvement of events and programs, and ad hoc projects to enhance recruiting operations
Qualifications/Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- 0-3 years of professional HR coordinator work experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable interacting with students, recruiters, hiring managers, and university partners
- Be a self-starter and a team player who can deliver results with minimal supervision
- Deliver excellent quality of work with a high level of attention to detail
- Able to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment especially during peak campus seasons
- Proficient to advanced computer skills including MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
