General Summary
As part of Qualcomm’s Talent Acquisition (TA) team, you will contribute to initiatives that will enhance the overall candidate experience and serve as a talent advisor to the business and our team. This role will focus on the end-to-end recruiting cycle and sourcing to identify, engage, and hire qualified candidates. The Talent Acquisition team incorporates industry best practices in recruiting that align with corporate objectives, workflows, and processes while considering business, industry, legal, and compliance factors to enable TA solutions.
Job experience- Recruiting experience (5-8years) preferable in Tech organizations
Roles And Responsibilities
- Responsible for end to end recruiting through campuses managing relations with Academia and Brand Qualcomm as an employer of choice
- New hire and Intern onboarding and engagement experience
- Stakeholder engagement and working with the business leads to identify the right set of colleges, source mix and defining a hiring plan to cover for recruitment
- Execution of various technical events for new grad engagement
- Knowledge of HR systems for Req creation, offer generation processes and managing the data through use of excel and HR systems tools
- Work with cross functional teams and ability to work with multiple assignments and under critical hiring conditions
- Work with global campus recruiting teams on process improvements and alignment with overall campus hiring plan and processes.
- Apt in communication, ability to learn
Education : Masters or Bachelor equivalent with preferred qualifications in Human Resources
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
OR
Associate's degree and 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
- Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
