About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and organised Campus Recruiter to manage end-to-end fresher and off-campus hiring for a key client account. This is a client-facing role requiring strong coordination, stakeholder management, and a solid understanding of campus recruitment across India.
This role sits within the Customer Success function at iamneo, delivering campus hiring as a managed service. The individual will act as the sole point of contact for the assigned account, owning all campus hiring activities and leading hackathon and related talent initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Campus Hiring & Coordination
- Manage end-to-end fresher hiring for colleges allocated under the assigned client account, including planning, coordination, and execution of recruitment drives
- Handle off-campus hiring requests from the client account and ensure timely fulfilment within agreed timelines
- Manage relationships with college placement cells and TPOs for campus hiring activities including drives, PPTs, and assessments
- Arrange and confirm interview panel availability from the client and manage logistics around interview days
- Share the final list of selected candidates with the client team and initiate the offer rollout process
- Maintain accurate candidate trackers, recruitment dashboards, and MIS reports for internal and client reporting
- Manage high-volume fresher hiring (500+ candidates per cycle)
- Manage onboarding and documentation processes for campus hires
- Leverage Claude to draft placement officer communications, generate recruitment status reports, summarise campus drive outcomes, and build MIS decks
- Support campus hiring delivery using iamneo's product stack (NeoPAT, NeoHire) for assessment execution, candidate management, and stakeholder coordination
- Use ClickUp for managing pipelines and tasks, and HubSpot for tracking client and stakeholder communication
- Handle virtual campus drives end-to-end — including planning, stakeholder coordination, scheduling, platform management, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for all campus hiring activities, ensuring SLAs and hiring targets are consistently met
- Build and maintain strong relationships with placement officers and academic institutions across the allocated college pool
- Coordinate with internal teams (HR Operations, onboarding, payroll) for seamless candidate transition post-selection
- Own and lead cadence calls with the hiring manager and client, driving status updates and proactively flagging risks
Employer Branding & Events
- Represent iamneo and the client effectively during campus events, job fairs, and pre-placement activities
- Own hackathon planning and campus engagement initiatives end-to-end.
- Leverage job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn) and ATS tools for sourcing, tracking, and reporting
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate (any stream); MBA preferred
- 2–4 years of hands-on campus recruitment experience (end-to-end)
- Strong understanding of the full campus hiring cycle — PPTs, assessments, panel management, and offer rollout
- Proven ability to build relationships with placement officers and client stakeholders
- Proficient in Naukri, LinkedIn, and ATS tools
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication — confident in client and campus-facing interactions
- Ability to manage multiple college pipelines, drive schedules, and client deliverables simultaneously
- Self-driven; able to manage 8–12 active college pipelines simultaneously across multiple recruitment cycles
Bonus Points
- Prior experience using Claude or AI tools to automate recruitment communications and reporting
- Experience running virtual campus drives end-to-end on digital platforms
- Exposure to hackathon planning or large-scale campus engagement events
- Knowledge of onboarding and documentation processes specific to campus hires
