About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Campus Recruiter to drive end-to-end campus hiring initiatives and build strong relationships with colleges, universities, and student communities. The ideal candidate should be passionate about talent acquisition, employer branding, and engaging with young talent to create a strong hiring pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute campus recruitment strategies across colleges and universities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with placement officers, faculty members, and student communities.
Coordinate campus drives, career fairs, hiring events, hackathons, and internship programs.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviews, offer rollouts, and onboarding coordination.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
Represent the organization during campus engagement activities and employer branding initiatives.
Maintain recruitment databases, hiring trackers, and campus engagement reports.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
Stay updated on campus hiring trends, competitor activities, and emerging talent pools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in campus recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience coordinating large-scale hiring events and campus drives.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Familiarity with ATS platforms, LinkedIn hiring, and recruitment tools is preferred.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel for campus engagement activities when required.
