About Altheia Neurythm Academy
Altheia Neurythm Academy is a collaboration between Neurythm (founded by Noor Ayesha, Bengaluru) and Altheia Psychological Centre (founded by Monisha Preetha M, Halasuru, Bengaluru). We are launching a structured 8-module certificate workshop series for psychology undergraduate and postgraduate students; covering clinical skills, ethics, practicum readiness, and career pathways.
About the Role
We are looking for one Campus Psychology Intern per college to help us reach psychology UG and PG students across Bengaluru and India. This is a paid, part-time role; 4 to 6 hours per week for someone who wants real world experience in psychology programming, outreach, and communications.
This is not a clinical internship. You will not be doing assessments or counselling. This is outreach, coordination, and communication work with direct access to the founders.
What You Will Do
- Be the point of contact for Altheia Neurythm Academy at your college
- Share information about upcoming workshops and help coordinate student sign-ups
- Assist with outreach to psychology students via WhatsApp, notice boards, and faculty introductions
- Support social media content for @Neurythm_ and Altheia Psychological Centre
- Attend workshops as a participant and share peer feedback
- Help us understand what psychology students at your institution actually need

Who Should Apply
- Currently enrolled in a UG or PG psychology program (BA, BSc, MA, MSc, MPhil Psychology or allied programs)
- Communicates clearly and follows through
- Comfortable talking to peers and faculty
- Basic comfort with Instagram, WhatsApp, and Google tools
Prior experience is not required. Curiosity and reliability are.

Role Description
This is a full-time, paid internship for a Campus Psychology Intern at Altheia Neurythm Academy, located on-site in Bengaluru. Interns will conduct psychological testing, assist in case evaluations, and provide general support for mental health services under the guidance of licensed professionals. Responsibilities include participating in therapy sessions (as an observer or assistant), contributing to educational workshops, supporting client mental health assessments, and engaging in documentation and research activities
Qualifications
- Effective Communication skills for engaging with clients and team members
- Experience or interest in education and conducting mental health workshops
- Enthusiasm for learning in a clinical setting and a client-centered approach
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, or ongoing enrollment in a relevant program
- Demonstrated curiosity, openness to feedback, and a commitment to ethical practices
