Altheia Neurythm Academy: a collaboration between Neurythm (founded by Noor Ayesha) and Altheia Psychological Centre (founded by Monisha Preetha M) is launching a structured 8 module certificate workshop series for psychology undergraduate and postgraduate students across Bengaluru and India.
We are looking for Campus Interns to help us reach students at their own colleges. One intern per institution. Paid. Part-time. Real work.
What this role actually is:
You are the AN Academy representative at your college. You know your campus, your peers, and your department in a way we never will. That knowledge is the job.
You will be the point of contact for AN Academy at your institution:
sharing information about upcoming workshops, answering student queries, and coordinating sign-ups.
You will assist with outreach across departments through WhatsApp, notice boards, and faculty introductions.
You will support social media content for @Neurythm_ and Altheia Psychological Centre: testimonials, announcements, workshop highlights.
You will attend at least one workshop per module as a participant, free of charge, and share honest peer feedback.
And you will help us understand what psychology students at your college actually need.
That last part is not filler. It is genuinely part of the work.
What this role is NOT:
Not a clinical internship. You will not be doing assessments, counselling, or case work.
Not unpaid labour rebranded as experience. You will be paid for your time.
Not a full time commitment. We know you have classes, practicum, exams, and a life.
Commitment: 4 to 6 hours per week
Type: Paid, Part-Time
Open to: UG and PG students in any psychology or allied programme — BA, BSc, MA, MSc, MPhil Psychology at any institution that offers psychology
What you gain:
Free access to the full 8 module AN Academy workshop series: this is a INR 9,500 programme, yours at no cost as an intern.
A Certificate of Internship from Altheia Neurythm Academy, signed by both founders. Not a participation sticker. Something that holds weight on a CV and in interviews.
Monthly mentorship directly with Noor or Monisha not HR, not a coordinator.
The actual founders. You can ask anything about clinical practice, career decisions, postgraduate planning, or the field in general.
A written reference letter after a minimum of 3 months specific to your actual work, not a generic template.
Who we are looking for:
We are not looking for the highest CGPA in the room.
We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in psychology not just collecting credentials.
Someone who communicates clearly, follows through on commitments, and is honest when something is not working.
Someone comfortable talking to peers and faculty without needing a script.
Someone with basic comfort on Instagram, WhatsApp, and Google tools.
Prior experience is not required. Curiosity and reliability are.

Altheia Psychological Centre is an active psychological practice in Halasuru, Bengaluru, founded by Monisha Preetha M; practicing psychologist, certified supervisor, member of NCAHP and PAP, international conference speaker.
Together, as Altheia Neurythm Academy, we are building something we genuinely wish had existed when we were students.
