Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Campus Outreach Executive, based in Kolkata.
The Campus Outreach Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with colleges, universities, and academic institutions. The role involves organizing workshops, managing outreach programs, and promoting internship opportunities among students.
The candidate will actively engage with students, faculty members, and institutional authorities to drive participation, build partnerships, and support the growth of the company’s academic network.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with colleges, institutions, and training centers.
Plan and execute campus outreach strategies
Organize and coordinate workshops, seminars, and internship drives
Promote internship programs and convert student participation
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution of events
Conduct follow-ups with institutions and students
Develop partnerships and long-term collaborations (MoUs)
Maintain records, reports, and outreach data
🧠 Qualifications
Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills
Experience in event management, outreach, or student engagement activities
Ability to present ideas confidently in front of students and faculty
Basic understanding of marketing, sales, and student psychology
Familiarity with digital tools, social media, and communication platforms
Good organizational and time management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field (preferred)
Prior experience in education, EdTech, or campus roles is a plus
