Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Campus Manager at FACE Prep. The Campus Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing activities at educational institutions to ensure the successful delivery of training programs. Key responsibilities include liaising with students and faculty, handling customer queries, organizing training sessions, and ensuring the smooth execution of campus projects. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and addressing their needs promptly.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Campus Management and Education-related roles
- Proficiency in Training and team collaboration
- Ability to foster relationships with diverse stakeholders and work in a campus environment
- Proven organizational and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Experience in the education or skill development sector is a plus
