Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills for interacting with students, faculty, staff, and external visitors.
- Campus Management and administrative coordination skills to handle daily operations, scheduling, and facilities.
- Customer Service abilities to provide professional, courteous support and address inquiries or concerns.
- Ability to work on-site in north Delhi in a full-time capacity, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience in student services, counseling, or academic administration is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; qualifications in education, management, or related fields are preferred.
- Proficiency with basic office software and comfort working with digital tools and campus management systems.
