Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Campus Manager role based in Coimbatore. The Campus Manager will oversee and manage partnerships with educational institutions, coordinate skill development programs, act as the primary point of contact for campus representatives, and ensure the smooth execution of training sessions and workshops. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality education solutions, handling operational aspects, and providing exceptional customer service to students and institutions.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Campus Management and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with educational institutions.
- Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with students, trainers, and stakeholders.
- Background in Education and Training, with experience designing, implementing, or coordinating training programs and workshops.
- Customer Service skills to address queries, resolve concerns, and ensure satisfaction for all stakeholders involved.
- Proactive problem-solving ability, strong organizational skills, and a results-driven mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or related fields is preferred.
- Experience in a similar role or the education sector is a plus.
