Role Description
The Campus Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City. The responsibilities include building and managing relationships with key accounts and educational institutions to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration. The Campus Manager will oversee business planning, work on strategic account management, and support customer service operations to enhance client and student satisfaction. The role also involves analyzing data to identify growth opportunities and ensuring the successful delivery of FACE Prep programs.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and trend analysis
- Experience in Account Management and managing Key Accounts in a professional setting
- Proficiency in Business Planning to drive strategic growth initiatives
- Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under deadlines
- Familiarity with the education and skilling sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
