🚀 We’re Hiring Campus Interns – Hostel Mate

We’re now looking for Campus Interns who want to experience how business really works — by doing it.
🏢 About Hostel Mate
Hostel Mate is a startup focused on simplifying hostel living and management while creating hands-on learning experiences for students. with real-world execution, we aim to bridge the gap between classroom learning and practical business exposure.
💼 Role: Campus Intern (Retail Execution)
📅 Duration:
1 Month (Flexible engagement — 4–5 days of active execution + rest part-time involvement)
🎓 Batch:
Primarily targeting MBA / PGDM students (2025–2027 batch) across Bengaluru colleges.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Drive on-ground execution in your college
• Lead sales and marketing initiatives
• Engage with students and build participation
• Understand customer behavior and business operations
• Coordinate with the core team for execution
• Take ownership of your campus as a mini business unit
🎯 Who Should Apply?
• MBA / PGDM students (2025–2027 batch preferred)
• Interested in startups, sales, marketing, or business
• Proactive and execution-focused
• Comfortable interacting with people
• Willing to take ownership and deliver outcomes
