Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Campus Growth Associate, based in Chennai with flexibility for remote work. The responsibilities include engaging with students to promote Skill Vedanth’s mission, providing top-tier customer service, enhancing student satisfaction, and supporting campus-based campaigns to drive growth. The role also involves gathering and acting on feedback to improve the learner's experience and ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained at all times.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Relationships
- Experience in enhancing Customer Satisfaction and delivering exceptional Customer Experience
- Ability to effectively communicate with students, adapt to diverse audiences, and build positive relationships
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
- Proficiency in multitasking and managing time efficiently
- Knowledge or background in educational platforms is a plus
- Currently pursuing students
