Venture Capital Job - Analyst

Campus Fund is hiring two rockstar Analysts to join their team in Bengaluru. This is an in-person role for individuals with approximately two years of relevant experience. What You'll Do: Work on live deals, interact with founders, and help craft investment memos. Dive deep into emerging sectors, build market maps, and develop sharp, insightful theses. Observe Investment Committees and learn how decisions get made. Get hands-on experience in India's first and largest student-focused VC. Drive the AI-fication of internal processes and other high-impact projects. Help run the engine that keeps the fund moving by managing processes and ensuring things get done well. You Bring: Approximately 2 years of experience in startups, consulting, product, operations, investment banking, entrepreneurship, or venture capital. Strong self-drive and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. Sharp analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. A hunger to learn and a bias for action. Excellent communication and storytelling skills. Curiosity about venture capital, entrepreneurship, and technology.
