Position: Campus Director.
Location: Alwar, Rajasthan
Reports To: Board of Management
Experience Landscape:
Proven track record in senior administrative roles within higher education (e.g., Director, Principal, Provost, Pro-Vice Chancellor, Vice Chancellor etc.).
Demonstrated capability in managing independent campus operations
Strong team-building skills with a reputation for driving academic and research excellence.
Core Responsibilities
1. Academic & Administrative Leadership
Provide strategic direction to all academic programs, thereby ensuring contemporary specialization courses, curriculum compliance, and modern pedagogical practices.
Oversee day-to-day campus operations, including faculty & student affairs, classroom delivery, lab performances, evaluation, and assessments.
Establish rigorous quality control frameworks aligned with core values and the regulatory and accreditation / ranking bodies
2. Institutional Building & Scaling
Lead the initial setup phases
Render necessary support in recruiting, mentoring, and retaining high-performing faculty and administrative staff to build a robust campus ecosystem.
Drive student enrolment strategies in coordination with the University Admission team.
Timely plan infrastructural and resource enhancements
3. Industry Partnerships and Research Ecosystem
Envisage and forge strong industry-academia partnerships.
Drive the campus research and innovation by encouraging faculty and scholars to secure research grants, government funding, and corporate-sponsored projects.
