🎯 ROLE: CONTENT CREATOR (FULL-TIME, ON CAMPUS)
You will be the eyes, lens, and storytelling engine of our school.
Your job is simple to understand, but not easy to execute:
👉 Capture what’s happening
👉 Understand why it matters
👉 Present it in a way that people feel it
🎥 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
📸 Capture high-quality photos & videos of daily school life, events, activities
🎬 Shoot & edit Instagram Reels, short videos, cinematic highlights
🎨 Design static posts, banners, hoardings, creatives
📱 Manage and maintain Instagram & Facebook presence
🧠 Convert raw school moments into powerful visual stories
⚡ Ensure nothing great goes unnoticed or undocumented
🧠 WHAT WE ARE REALLY LOOKING FOR
We are NOT looking for:
Someone who just “makes posts”
Someone who waits for instructions
We ARE looking for someone who:
Understands angles, lighting, expressions, timing
Can guide teachers/students on how to shoot better content
Has an eye for premium, clean, non-cluttered design
Thinks like a brand builder, not just an editor
Can turn ordinary clips into “wow” content
🎯 IDEAL PROFILE
Experience in content creation / social media / videography
Skilled in tools like:
Photoshop / Canva
Premiere Pro / CapCut / Final Cut
Strong sense of aesthetic + storytelling
Comfortable working on campus, full-time
