Role Description The Campus Ambassador role at XTRAGRAD is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The Campus Ambassador will promote XTRAGRAD’s services within their campus, organize information sessions, and support outreach activities to increase awareness among students and faculty. Daily tasks include engaging with student communities, coordinating events, delivering presentations, and sharing updates through campus communication channels. The role also involves building relationships with campus organizations, collecting feedback from students, and collaborating with XTRAGRAD’s central team to refine engagement strategies. The Campus Ambassador is expected to represent XTRAGRAD professionally and consistently uphold the organization’s values.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with diverse student and faculty groups.
- Ability to deliver clear and engaging Presentations in formal and informal campus settings.
- Basic understanding of Marketing principles and interest in promoting educational services.
- Effective Networking skills to build and maintain relationships with campus clubs, organizations, and academic departments.
- Foundational Sales skills to encourage student participation in XTRAGRAD programs and services.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a recognized institution, preferably in Hyderabad.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage events, deadlines, and multiple initiatives on campus.
- Proactive mindset, reliability, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with remote teams.
