Company Description Quantum AI Labs (QAI Labs) is an applied education and innovation hub at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, and Post-Quantum Cryptography. The organization helps address both the upcoming encryption migration challenge and the talent gap in quantum software by using Large Language Models as intelligent copilots for learners and developers. QAI Labs offers AI-assisted quantum training, post-quantum cryptography readiness programs, and structured academic partnerships, including campus ambassador initiatives and hackathons. It also supports enterprises through tailored upskilling programs that transition software infrastructure to quantum-safe standards. QAI Labs’ mission is to bridge theoretical physics and software engineering, empowering the next generation to design, simulate, and secure the quantum future.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Campus Ambassador role based on virtual mode. The Campus Ambassador will represent QAI Labs on campus by promoting AI-assisted quantum training, post-quantum cryptography modules, and community events to students and faculty. Responsibilities include organizing information sessions, workshops, and hackathons; delivering presentations about QAI Labs programs; and sharing updates through campus groups and social media. The role involves building partnerships with student clubs, faculty, and administration, gathering feedback from participants, and identifying opportunities to integrate QAI Labs resources into academic activities. The Campus Ambassador will maintain regular communication with QAI Labs staff, report on outreach activities, and support recruitment into QAI Labs’ courses and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Presentation skills to effectively engage students and faculty
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Working knowledge of or genuine interest in at least one of: Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning, Quantum Computing, or Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) — coursework, projects, certifications, or self-study all count
- Active in campus tech clubs, coding communities, or student bodies, with prior experience organizing or promoting events
- Comfortable using social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp groups) to share updates and drive participation
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Prior experience as a campus ambassador, student coordinator, or similar outreach role is a plus but not mandatory
