We’re building something exciting at Ideaspace.
As part of our work with Leena Listens, we’re launching a campus-led fashion founder community across fashion-focused universities in India.
And we’re looking for Campus Ambassadors / Campus Fellows who can help us bring this movement to their colleges.
This is for students who are interested in fashion, entrepreneurship, branding, retail, content, community building, and real-world growth work.
As a Campus Fellow, you’ll help us:
→ Build awareness for Leena Listens inside your campus
→ Connect with fashion students, clubs, societies, and faculty coordinators
→ Help organize student sessions, workshops, and community conversations
→ Share insights on what young designers and fashion founders actually struggle with
→ Support outreach for fashion entrepreneurship programs and events
→ Create visibility around practical topics like pricing, retail readiness, brand building, and market entry
You’ll get:

→ Opportunity to work closely with Ideaspace on a live client project
→ Learning access to sessions led by Leena Bansal, Fashion Brand Growth Strategist, Mentor & Retail Advisor

We’re especially looking for students from:
NIFT campuses, Pearl Academy, Symbiosis Institute of Design, Amity School of Fashion Technology, Army Institute of Fashion & Design, and other fashion/design-focused universities.
Ideal for students who are:
→ Active in college clubs, fashion societies, entrepreneurship cells, or student communities
→ Comfortable with outreach and coordination
→ Interested in fashion business, branding, marketing, or entrepreneurship
→ Good at communicating and bringing people together
→ Serious about gaining real-world experience beyond classroom learning
This is not just a promotion role.
It’s a chance to help build a student-led fashion business community from the ground up.
