Role Overview
We are looking for
smart, well-connected college students who can represent CareerSecure in their campus and help students enroll in:
- Industry Practice Program (IPP)
- Online Degree Programs (UG/PG)
This is a
performance-based earning opportunity where ambassadors earn
commission on every successful admission.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote IPP & Online Degree programs in your college
- Share information via WhatsApp groups, Instagram, LinkedIn
- Generate student leads and referrals
- Coordinate with CareerSecure team for counseling
- Support basic awareness sessions/events (optional)
Incentive / Commission Structure
Earnings Based On Successful Admissions (not Just Leads)
- ₹500 – ₹1,000 per IPP admission
- ₹2,000 – ₹5,000 per Online Degree admission
- Bonus incentives on higher conversions (monthly targets)
No limit on earnings — more conversions = more income
