Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a Campus Ambassador. The Campus Ambassador will act as an on-campus representative for Ascend, promoting its mission and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include raising awareness about ASCEND's placement programs, organizing campus events, making presentations, and building connections with students and campus representatives. The role also involves marketing, networking, and supporting the recruitment process to ensure effective outreach.

Qualifications
1. Campus Representation
- Act as the official student representative of the organisation within the college/university.
- Represent the organisation professionally in all campus-level interactions and communications.
2. Outreach & Promotion
- Promote the organisation’s internships, programs, initiatives, and events within the campus ecosystem.
- Share approved communication across relevant student groups, societies, and peer networks.
- Ensure ethical, non-spam outreach aligned with company guidelines.
3. Student Engagement & Communication
- Serve as a point of contact for students interested in the organisation’s opportunities.
- Address basic queries and guide students through the application or participation process.
- Encourage relevant and quality participation.
4. Lead Generation & Coordination
- Assist in collecting student interest, applications, or sign-ups through official channels.
- Coordinate campus-level communication regarding deadlines, announcements, or updates.
- Maintain basic records of outreach and engagement activities as required.
5. Networking & Institutional Connect
- Facilitate introductions or communication with college placement cells, student societies, clubs, or representatives wherever feasible.
- Support the organisation in expanding its presence within the campus.
6. Feedback & Reporting
- Share periodic feedback on student responses, engagement levels, and campus trends.
- Provide insights to help improve outreach strategies and student-facing initiatives.
7. Content & Visibility Support (Optional / Skill-Based)
- Support light content initiatives such as testimonials, campus success stories, or event promotions, subject to skill alignment and approval.
8. Professional Conduct & Compliance
- Adhere to all organisational guidelines, confidentiality requirements, and codes of conduct.
- Maintain professionalism in all online and offline representations of the organisation.
- Avoid misrepresentation, false claims, or unauthorised commitments on behalf of the organisation.
