Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Meerut for a Campaign Staff member. The role involves supporting day-to-day campaign operations, managing booth-level organization, implementing campaign strategies, and performing constituency research. The candidate will also assist with data collection, political messaging, ground-level coordination, and real-time decision-making. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is central to executing an effective and well-structured political campaign.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Campaign Management and experience with various campaign strategies
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Analytical Skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Project Management expertise to organize, prioritize, and execute campaign initiatives efficiently
- Ability to adapt to dynamic campaign environments and work under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with voter behavior, electoral processes, and the political landscape in India is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Political Science, Public Administration, or related fields
- Willingness to work on the ground and travel within assigned constituencies
