About the Role
We are scaling our Campaign Operations Team, and these two internship roles sit at the heart of our go-to-market engine focused on campaign research. As a Campaign Research & Contact Enrichment Intern, you will own the critical process of identifying, sourcing, and enriching the right contacts within our target accounts — ensuring that our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Demand Gen team always have accurate, actionable, and ready-to-use prospect data.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who is meticulous, curious, and eager to develop deep expertise in B2B sales intelligence. You will directly shape the quality of our outbound pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Contact Identification & Research
- Identify the right buyer personas and decision-makers within assigned target accounts using Apollo.io, Lusha, and other tools.
- Research accounts to understand org structures, key stakeholders, and relevant buying signals.
- Map multi-threaded contacts per account (e.g., economic buyer, champion, technical influencer).
Data Enrichment & Hygiene
- Enrich contact records with verified emails, direct dials, LinkedIn profiles, job titles, and firmographic data.
- Cross-validate contact information across multiple tools to ensure high accuracy and deliverability.
- Regularly audit and cleanse existing contact data in the CRM to remove outdated or duplicate records.
SDR Enablement
- Ensure enriched contact lists are structured, formatted, and uploaded into the CRM (Salesforce) in a ready-to-use state for the SDR team.
- Collaborate closely with SDRs to understand prioritisation criteria and adapt research accordingly.
- Flag any gaps, anomalies, or patterns in contact data that could inform prospecting strategy.
Process & Reporting
- Maintain a tracker of accounts researched, contacts identified, and enrichment completion rates.
- Document research workflows and contribute to building repeatable, scalable SOPs for the team.
- Report weekly on contact coverage, data quality metrics, and pipeline readiness.
What We're Looking For
Must-Have
- Comfort working with spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets) and basic CRM platforms.
- Strong attention to detail — you take pride in accurate, clean data.
- High proficiency with internet research; ability to triangulate information from multiple sources.
- Familiarity with or eagerness to learn tools such as Apollo.io, Lusha
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage your own workload and hit daily/weekly targets.
Nice-to-Have
- Prior experience in a B2B sales, SDR, or research environment.
- Understanding of B2B sales cycles and buyer personas.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce).
- Exposure to data enrichment platforms or sales intelligence tools.
