Role Overview
The Campaign / Growth Operation Specialist is responsible for designing, executing, and optimising all client-facing promotions and trading campaigns targeting the Indian retail CFD market. This role bridges marketing intent and trading behaviour — turning promotional ideas into structured, compliant campaigns that drive deposit volume, trading activity, and client re-engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Design and manage end-to-end promotional campaigns including deposit bonuses, deposit match offers, risk-free trade promotions, and commission-free periods tailored to Indian trader behaviour.
- Build campaign calendars aligned with Indian market events — Diwali, IPL season, Union Budget day, RBI policy announcements.
- Coordinate with the sales team and product team to ensure campaign messaging is consistent across WhatsApp, calling systems, and in-app notifications.
- Draft campaign briefs and T&C documents for each promotion, ensuring compliance with platform policies and anti-abuse mechanisms (constraints, hold times, loss deduction order).
Incentive & Bonus Management
- Manage the full lifecycle of client incentives — cash bonuses, deposit matches, risk-free trades, commission-free periods — from configuration to issuance to expiry tracking.
- Work with the product team to configure bonus parameters on the platform (bonus caps, unlock conditions, expiry rules).
- Monitor abuse patterns (wash trading, multi-account exploitation) and flag cases for review, coordinating with risk and compliance teams.
- Track redemption rates, conversion rates, and cost-per-acquisition for each campaign type; optimise based on performance data.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Produce weekly and monthly campaign performance reports for the Dubai management team, covering: net deposit impact, re-deposit rate, campaign ROI, and client reactivation numbers.
- Iterate campaigns according to performance analysis each month.
- Maintain a campaign database tracking historical performance by promotion type, client segment, and time period.
- Identify which promotions drive genuine long-term deposit behaviour vs short-term one-off deposits, and recommend budget allocation accordingly.
Cross-functional Coordination
- Collaborate with User Operations to align post-liquidation recovery campaigns with broader retention workflows.
- Brief the sales team (TLs and advisors) on active campaigns so they can reference them in client conversations via WhatsApp, phone, and private chat.
- Coordinate with the product team on in-app campaign features, banner placements, and push notification timing.
Requirements
Essential
- Systemic thinking and closed-loop thinking is a super advantage.
- 4+ years of experience in operations, growth marketing, or campaign management within a CFD broker, forex broker, or fintech company.
- Solid understanding of CFD products — spread, leverage, margin, liquidation — and how they affect Indian retail traders.
- Hands-on experience designing and managing bonus/promotion structures with anti-abuse mechanisms.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets to track campaign performance.
- Excellent written English for T&C drafting, internal reporting, and management communications.
- Fluent in Hindi — able to review and approve Hindi-language campaign copy for WhatsApp and in-app use.
