Role Description
We are looking for a seasoned leader with 6+ years of experience in CRM, Email Marketing, or Marketing Automation—preferably within an agency environment—to drive end-to-end client ownership, delivery excellence, and team growth.
🔹 Role: Practice Head – CRM / Campaign Management (Marketo)
🔹 Experience: 6+ years
🔹 Shift: Australian Shift
🔹 Employment Type: Permanent
💼 Key Highlights:
• Lead and scale the Marketo practice
• Own complete client lifecycle from strategy to execution
• Manage and mentor a team of campaign managers/specialists
• Drive campaign execution across email, automation, and integrations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated delivery
• Deliver performance insights and optimization strategies
✅ Must Have:
• Strong hands-on and strategic experience with Marketo
• Marketo Certification (mandatory)
• Experience managing teams and multiple client accounts
• Strong understanding of analytics, attribution & reporting
