Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and client-focused
Campaign Manager / Customer Success Manager to manage end-to-end client relationships, campaign execution, and growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling multiple stakeholders, driving campaign performance, ensuring client satisfaction, and acting as a strategic partner between internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients/accounts
- Build strong long-term client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Understand client business goals, KPIs, and marketing objectives
- Conduct regular review calls, business updates, and performance discussions
- Manage client expectations and proactively address concerns/escalations
Campaign Management
- Coordinate for digital campaigns across multiple channels
- Monitor campaign delivery, pacing, optimization, and overall performance
- Track campaign KPIs and generate actionable insights
Customer Success & Growth
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Drive retention and account growth through strategic recommendations
- Support onboarding and smooth transition for new clients
- Ensure clients derive maximum value from Segumento’s offerings
- Maintain strong renewal and relationship metrics
Reporting & Analytics
- Analyze performance trends and recommend optimization strategies
- Translate data into meaningful business insights for clients
- Maintain accurate account documentation and communication records
Internal Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and execution
- Align campaign strategy with client expectations
- Escalate operational issues proactively and drive resolution
- Contribute towards improving internal processes and workflows
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–6 years of experience in:
- Account Management
- Campaign Management
- Customer Success
- Digital Marketing / AdTech / Media agencies
- Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystem
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with comfort around campaign metrics and reporting
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Strong ownership and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in AdTech, MarTech, or performance marketing companies
- Familiarity with DSPs, programmatic advertising, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or analytics tools
- Prior experience managing enterprise or high-growth startup clients
- MBA or relevant professional background preferred
