Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Campaign Manager located in Panaji. The Campaign Manager will oversee end-to-end campaign management, plan and execute marketing campaigns, and monitor their performance. They will coordinate with internal teams, ensure timely project delivery, align campaigns with business goals, and act as a point of contact for client communication. Additionally, they will support sales initiatives and contribute to achieving organizational targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Campaign Management and Campaign execution
- Strong Communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
- Project Management expertise to plan, organize, and deliver campaigns on time
- Experience in Sales and an understanding of customer needs
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working independently
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in event management or marketing industries is a plus
