Role Description This is an on-site Campaign Manager role based in the Mohali district. The Campaign Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of political campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines. Responsibilities include coordinating field operations, managing campaign schedules, and supervising on-ground staff and volunteers. The role involves developing and implementing outreach plans, tracking voter engagement activities, and adapting tactics based on real-time data and feedback. The Campaign Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, manage budgets and resources, and prepare regular performance reports and insights for leadership.
Qualifications
- Strong campaign-focused skills, including Campaign Management and experience running or supporting political or issue-based Campaigns.
- Excellent Communication abilities, with capacity to engage diverse stakeholders, deliver clear messaging, and represent the campaign professionally.
- Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, prioritization, time management, and coordination of cross-functional teams.
- Sales or outreach experience, with the ability to persuade, build relationships, and mobilize volunteers and supporters.
- Proven experience in political consulting, public policy, or grassroots organizing is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working with data, dashboards, and basic analytics tools to inform decisions and optimize campaign performance.
- Ability to work extended or irregular hours during peak campaign periods, with resilience in fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
