We are looking for a highly driven Campaign Manager to lead and execute creator-led brand campaigns end-to-end. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, execution-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of creator and brand campaigns
- Coordinate with creators, agencies, brands, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
- Handle campaign onboarding, briefing, scheduling, approvals, and execution workflows
- Maintain strong relationships with creators and partners
- Track timelines, deliverables, and campaign performance metrics
- Ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency across campaigns
- Identify and resolve execution bottlenecks proactively
- Maintain campaign trackers, reports, and operational documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams on scaling partnerships and campaign processes
- Support strategic initiatives to improve campaign performance and creator experience
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in campaign management, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, brand solutions, or operations
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, trackers, and reporting tools
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience working with creators/influencers
- Understanding of digital content ecosystems and brand collaborations
- Experience handling high-volume operations or campaigns
